Our league started in 1989 with just 6 teams and has grown to 12 teams over the last few years. The league consists of a competitive division (Age 35+) with 8 teams and a non- competitive division (Age 45+) with 4 teams. The League is open to all Sackville and area residents with telephone #'s beginning with 864 or 865 and the recent new #'s being assigned by East Link. Players from outside the Sackville area may be considered by the executive only if there are no names available on the waiting list.

Our Constitution & By-Laws govern the running of our league which is known to area residents as the "Sackville Old-timers Hockey League."The objective of our league is to promote, encourage and foster participation in recreational hockey at the grass roots community level for adults (35+) living in the Sackville area.

"IT IS A PRIVILEGE TO PLAY IN THIS LEAGUE, NOT A RIGHT, AND TO HAVE FUN WHILE MAINTAINING A FRIENDLY AND COMPETITIVE SPIRIT".
